We already know the benefits of Meditation but in this busy routine life is stuck and complaining about
NO TIME FOR MEDITATION. Mainly this problem is with fickle mind, it cannot concentrate. We can meditate everywhere and any times, even in 3 sec 2 sec.While you are walking, while u r having coffee and teaWhile u r having a meeting... you can meditate. Yes. Many people are little bit misunderstood about meditation. They think meditation meaning, "think nothing and concentrate!" It’s too much right? , How is it possible to concentrate without thinking?We cannot block thought and emotion in fact, we need thought and emotion.Mind is machine which continuously generates thought process, to make it quite it is very challenging job..!!Mind is always giving opinion on your request, so whether u listen to opinion or not is up to you, right?Like if you are telling fickler to keep quiet and concentrate but fickler will start thinking which is against this. Now in this situation how anyone can meditate. But I have solution… Right method is: you need to give job to fickle mindHow to give a job to fickle mind simple meditation training isBe aware of the breathYou ask fickle mind, "Hey...Hello fickle!
