Many times you might have seen, if you give chocolate to child for his little effort, he will do his future work more efficiently. This is because you had given temptation of chocolate to work more efficiently.
Is this works in IT Industries?
Yes, definetely. Generaly any new joines basically freshrers are not familier ewith company environment so they have to manage with it and also they have to learn and do works such that his manager can impress. But fimally what happen, He fail to reach expectation at his level. Demoralization comes into mind with hundreds of questions,i.e.I am taking too much time to do this, I am not able to do this, anyway no one is looking/observing.
After doing this also I will be same, No appreciation.
If Management is Quite Skillful, they can think with buisness mind,
Ok, this person has done some work at his level now his speed is 2x, But for our profit Employee should work more in very efficient time.
Lure with appreciation, Employee will feel more exhilaration, He will feel indebtedness and work for arrearage which results in More work with profit in time.
