Generaly any new joines basically freshrers are not familier ewith company environment so they have to manage with it and also they have to learn and do works such that his manager can impress. But fimally what happen, He fail to reach expectation at his level. Demoralization comes into mind with hundreds of questions,i.e.I am taking too much time to do this, I am not able to do this, anyway no one is looking/observing.

After doing this also I will be same, No appreciation.

Ok, this person has done some work at his level now his speed is 2x, But for our profit Employee should work more in very efficient time.
