Engineer with super 8 Qualities
ENGINEER is not only a degree, it is some extra skill which others don't have. Being an engineer majority of us are getting the job and some of us are creating jobs.
Here I am talking about the general survey which I did with managers, architects, and HR people.Survey is about as an Engineer what Qualities and characteristics want to be. And after all discussion, I consolidate all the points and here are they listed below.
If you have these Qualities, I guarantee you, you will always climb up in your career.
1) Empathetic
If an engineer is making a product or any validation for client/customer, A person should think what happen if someone delivers this product like this and I am the client/customer to receive this, Will I accept it , How I feel , How will I react. A person should think customer point of view, understand the feeling of their perspective.
2) Problem Finders/Created
Yes, in one-line, bring the issue and solve it. Everywhere it is learning, It is a C solveL process ( create )
